Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

  • We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.

 

Exceptions:

We will accept returns and offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • There is an error or issue on our end that results in the wrong item being shipped or a discrepancy with the order.

Return Process:

  • Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

 

Refunds and Replacements:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the item is eligible for a replacement, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Refund Policy:

We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered item is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order.

  • There is an error or issue on our end that prevents us from delivering the product as described.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. If  there is a defect or issue with the product for which you can refer to the exchange policy.
